Montana AMD 2016
Montana Individual Income Tax Amended Return Reconciliation
Taxpayers may use Montana AMD to reconcile their original tax return and their amended tax return. If a taxpayer needs to file Montana AMD, he or she will also have to file a new tax return to report the corrections.
Montana EXT-11 2016

EXT-11 can be used by all resident taxpayers who did not include a payment when they submitted their tax returns. Please keep in mind that if you do not pay the full amount that is owed, you will be subject to a penalty of 1.2% per month.

Montana form 2 is designed for state individuals to report their annual income. The form features space to include your income, marital status as well as space to report any children or dependents you may have. By filling out the form, you will see whether or not you owe money to the state or if you will receive a refund.
Montana Form 2EZ 2016
Montana Individual Income Tax Return (Short)
This is the shortest form that Montana residents may use to file their returns. See the Form 2EZ instructions to see if you qualify to file with Form 2EZ. If you do not meet any of these requirements you will need to file your Montana return with either Form 2M or Form 2.
Montana Individual Income Tax Payment Voucher (Use this form for estimated tax, extension, or amended return payments.)
The Montana Payment Voucher can be used by all taxpayers who did not include an income tax payment in their annual Montana income tax return. Please keep in mind that the money order or check will have to be made payable to the Montana Department of Revenue. Payment and the Montana Payment Voucher must be mailed to MT Department of Revenue, PO Box 6308, Helena, MT 59604-6308.
Montana Schedule 1 2016
Montana Additions to Federal AIG Schedule
Schedule 1 may be used by Montana taxpayers who want to report their tax additions to the federal adjusted gross income. Montana Schedule 1 must be filed and mailed with Montana Form 2.
Montana Schedule IV 2016
Montana Part-year and Non-resident Tax
Schedule IV is the schedule all Montana nonresident and part-year residents need to file to complete their returns. This form is a supplemental schedule that should be attached to Form 2 (the form needed to file Montana nonresident and part-year resident returns).
Montana Schedule VI 2016
Montana Credit for Tax Paid To Another State
Schedule VI is the schedule needed to claim a credit for taxes paid to other states. This form can be filed by Montana full-year or part-year residents. You should file this schedule to avoid dual taxation on income that would otherwise face dual taxation from Montana (you state of residence) and the other other state (where the income was earned).
Montana Form 2M 2014
Montana Individual Income Tax Retun (Intermediate)
Form 2M is the middle length form used to file Montana returns, regardless of residency or work location. See the Form 2M instructions to see if you qualify to use Form 2M to file your Montana tax return. If you do not meet any of these requirements you will need to file your Montana return with Form 2. If you meet all these requirements you should see if you qualify to use Form 2EZ, the shortest form used to file Montana returns.
Please note: Montana Form 2M was discontinued for Montana individual income tax returns beginning with the 2015 tax year.
