Georgia Application for Net Operating Loss Adjustment (other than corporations)

Form 500-NOL may be used by both part-year and nonresidents taxpayers. Georgia Form 500-NOL must be completed no later than 3 years from the due date of the loss year income tax return. To have your form approved, you will need to complete all fields from the Form 500-NOL that apply and to attach all required forms. Georgia Individual Income Tax Return (Short)

Georgia form 500 EZ is designed for state residents for filing their income tax. Designed to streamline the filing process, form 500 EZ is for residents who have made less than $100,000 in a year and are not over the age of 65. Residents can also use the form if they do not have any dependents and are a full-time resident of the state of Georgia. If you earn your income through means outside of normal wages or tips, such as through property, you cannot use this form.

Form 501 must be completed by nonresidents and resident fiduciaries who received an income from a Georgia source. Georgia Form 501 must be filed and mailed to the Georgia Department of Revenue Processing Center by April 15th.

Georgia Application for Extension of Time for Filing State Income Tax Returns

The IT-303 form is used for Georgia residents who seek an extension of the filing deadline for their state income tax returns. Successfully filing the IT-303 automatically allows Georgia residents a six month extension to file their 500 state income tax returns.

Georgia Payment of Income Tax By Corporate Taxpayers Who Had An Extension

IT-560 must be filed to submit tax payments when an extension was requested or enforced. The Georgia IT-560 form is used only for filing a return and it will not extend the time available for paying taxes. Taxpayers who filed Form 500 should enter the amount on Line 21, Page 3. Taxpayers who filed Form 501 should enter the amount on the estimate tax paid line.

Georgia Individual Credit Form

Form IND-CR may be used by individuals, who wish to take a credit for home purchases or child and dependent care expenses. To qualify for this credit, the person must be a permanently disabled individual, and must have a valid and permanent parking permit issued by the Department of Revenue.

Georgia Form GA-8453 may be filed when Form 500EZ or Form GA-8453 is completed and must be kept for a period of 3 years.
