File Indiana Form IT-40RNR
Prepare Indiana Form IT-40RNR now with TaxAct
Form IT-40 RNR is the form that all non-residents of Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin should file if they are required to file an Indiana tax return. This form allows residents of these states to declare all the income they earned in Indiana to Indiana. Due to reciprocal agreements Indiana does not tax income earned by residents in these states. However it is required that this income is reported to Indiana. Also by filing IT-40 RNR you avoid any dual taxation that this income would otherwise face by Indiana and the state of your residence.
